A two-minute introduction
For business owners and the people they trust to keep things moving.
01 / 06 · Your workspace
Your business.
Supported.
One place to ask for help, see what LVC is working on, and know what needs your attention.
Less searching through email. A clearer picture of the work shared with your company.

02 / 06 · Your people
The right people.
The right access.
You tell LVC who should be involved. We verify their company access and help them get signed in.
Each person uses their own login. A portal invitation and permission to see company work are separate steps, both arranged with LVC.
Need to add or remove someone? Contact LVC. Access changes are handled by our team.
Request service
Let designated people tell us when they need help.
Follow company work
Give owners and managers visibility into published company requests.
Approve work
Name the people who can decide on a specific work request.
One person may have more than one role. Being a requester does not automatically make someone an approver.
03 / 06 · Ask for help
Tell us what’s
getting in the way.
Open your workspace and choose “Request help.” Tell us what happened, who is affected, and what you have already tried.
Your request becomes a support ticket. Follow its published updates from the same workspace.
For urgent issues, use the contact method agreed with LVC. Submitting a portal request does not promise immediate attention.
Example request · illustration only
We can’t scan to the office computer
What do we need to know?
Our front desk team is affected. Printing still works, but scans are not arriving. We tried restarting the scanner.
04 / 06 · Your decisions
Know when
we need you.
Your next steps bring questions, checklist items, and work approvals together.
Review the actual scope before approving. An estimate or spending cap appears when specified; approving work without an amount does not set a new price.
Existing agreed terms and earlier explicit spending limits still apply. Checking off a task does not approve extra work or spending.

Prepare for support
Connect the laptop to power before your arranged session.
Review the proposed work
Read the scope, conditions and any stated amounts before deciding.
05 / 06 · Your agreement
A shared workspace.
Your agreed service.
Use the workspace with pay-as-you-go support or a managed service agreement. Your agreed arrangement determines how work is covered and billed.
The workspace is how you request and follow support. Having access does not by itself mean all work is included, unlimited, or available around the clock.
Pay as you go: request help when you need it, with work and billing handled under your agreed terms.
Monthly managed support: designated owners can view published included, recorded, remaining and overage hours. Unused hours expire at the end of each calendar month.
Agree on the essentials
- Which services and devices are covered
- Support hours and how to raise urgent issues
- Who may request and approve additional work
- How any included time and extra charges are handled
Your workspace shows Support hours only when LVC has shared a monthly allowance with your authorized company contacts. Pay-as-you-go customers do not need an allowance.
06 / 06 · Get started
A clearer next step.
Every time.
See the updates LVC shares, respond when we need you, and find completed work in your history.
Only reviewed information is published. Your workspace does not expose internal technician notes or another company’s work.

Try the owner experience
These sample amounts are for this demonstration only. Your company chooses its own limits.
Example: with a $100 ticket limit and $500 monthly ceiling, a $75 request may qualify. A $150 request needs review. Unknown costs always need review.
